Our program’s purpose is to improve your everyday life by preparing you for everything and anything. Functional Fitness is to find virtuosity in your movement, build strength, increase your aerobic capacity, and truly build a better you.

New to Functional Fitness and CrossFit?

WILLYB Foundations program is how you get started. Our Foundations program is a 1-on-1 beginners guide for anyone trying CrossFit or functional fitness for for the first time. It’s 3 one-hour, 1-on-1 sessions with your dedicated coach where we get you familiarized with proper mechanics and technique, and get your body primed to join our group classes. Once your done with the sessions you will have unlimited access to our classes for the rest of the month as part of the package

Mobility

Our mobility classes complement our training program by focusing on functional stretching and range of motion through mobility exercises so that you can increase your athletic potential.

Olympic Weightlifting

We believe that training the Olympic Weightlifting improves your speed, balance, accuracy and coordination but it also enhances your focus and ability to accomplish cognitively difficult tasks. By using the barbell to train the body and the mind, we seek to improve our athletes’ performance in and outside the gym.

HIIT

We believe variation and intensity are the way to achieve success in the gym. In this class we focus on programming every workout to get the class moving, sweating, and having fun along the way through high intensity interval training.
